Using the service

Foundy.am is a free platform for reporting lost and found items in Armenia. You may use it to post genuine reports and to contact matched parties. You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the service, and you are responsible for the accuracy of what you post.

What you may post

Only post truthful information about a real lost or found item. Do not post illegal, stolen, offensive or misleading content, spam, or anyone else’s private information without permission. We may remove reports and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Ownership claims and returns

Foundy.am helps people connect, but we do not verify the identity of users or guarantee that any item is genuine, or that a return will happen. Ownership is confirmed through the finder, using the private verification questions. Always exercise caution and common sense when meeting or exchanging items.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account secure, for your interactions with other users, and for complying with local laws. Rewards, if offered, are a matter between the people involved — Foundy.am is not a party to them.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Foundy.am is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the platform or from interactions between users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
